This is my first CPS challenge.
I hope you enjoy the card.

Value is a key premise of my blog, which is to create wonderful paper crafts on a reasonable budget. One tip to make paper crafting fit in my budget is I almost always get basic and quality supplies at local discount retailers so the "real money" can be spent on unique and special supplies, stamps, papers and classes at local and on-line speciality retailers.
Please share your tips for keeping paper crafting a budget friendly art. I welcome your design tips and suggestions.
